Pizza is tasty. Ordering online with a coupon is iffy. Sometimes the coupons have the promo code, but some don’t. If you are trying to make it easier on the ordering end, fix that.
I ordered a delivery and the girl that answered the phone was real accommodating and said she’d make the pizza just like I described to her. I wanted a thin pizza but not like a cracker type but a New York Style pizza and she said she could make the crust that way. Just wanted to give her a shout out for excellent customer service and she did a great job making the pizza.
We ordered the Big Ben as a "birthday pizza". We requested it well done and to be cut into 8 slices rather than 16 so it was more like a real New York pizza. They were happy to oblige! It was absolutely perfect! Delicious and hot and absolutely enormous!! The birthday girl was happy! It's me, I'm the birthday girl! Thank you!!
Pizza was amazing, ordered it online and asked for Well done, OMG, it was so crispy, ordered extra sauce, sauce was amazing, way better than Jets, less greasy, more true to Detroit Style.

I am updating my review of passport pizza in new haven. The lat few times we have ordered the pizza has been awesome. I don't know what changed but everything is better. The pizza dough is thicker and holds up to the task of cradling the toppings much better than before, the pizza is cooked properly and everything tastes great. The prices are still acceptable and in my opinion better money for the value compared to other pizza joints in the area. I hope they keep this quality up...it's a nice change and I'm happy to be back ordering from this location!
